Kadamba Kafe represents something of a health oasis in the concrete jungle. Founded by award-winning Australian chef Manju Pinnell (of Cardamom Pod fame) and her husband Subi, Kadamba Kafe brings the wild color, soulful creativity, and multi-cultural fusion flavor that redefined plant-based dining in the gold coast of Australia—now to the heart of Brooklyn!

Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or just hungry for something uplifting, you’ll find food here that makes you feel as good as it tastes. Our menu is a feast for the eyes and nourishment for the body. Rainbow smoothie bowls, adaptogen turmeric lattes, Buddha bowls, einkorn waffles, and more—crafted with Ayurvedic wisdom, seasonal ingredients, and a whole lot of heart. Everything is made fresh in-house, free from artificial nonsense, and rich in natural goodness, with most of our ingredients being sourced from local farms and markets.

Dine in (or take-out), hang out, write code—or simply savor a quiet moment with Wi-Fi and a warm chai. Come for the flavor, stay for the vibe. Welcome to the Kadamba Kafe!

Govinda’s offers Downtown Brooklyn a warm and nourishing dining experience centered around prasadam — sanctified vegetarian food prepared and offered with devotion according to the ancient Vedic tradition. The menu features a wide variety of Indian cuisine, including comforting homemade meals, South Indian specialties, vibrant Indian street-style favorites, fresh sweets, and wholesome daily offerings.

In the Vedic tradition, prasadam is considered food that nourishes not only the body, but also the mind and soul. Meals are prepared using organic ingredients wherever possible, homemade paneer, pure ghee or coconut oil, and never refined oils.

Govinda’s offers dine-in, catering, tiffin services, and prasadam for special gatherings and celebrations, creating a peaceful and welcoming space where food, culture, and hospitality meet.
